The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a local area, close enough to the pub being shut, the clock tower that chimed on the hour and Chester. I booked double room with the bar. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge worked well...

The room had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment which I loved. the hotel had a good and incredibly comfortable location right in the heart of the city. the beds were comfortable and lovely.

The weather was very warm, had such a great stay. the staff were amazingly nice, amicable. - the location for Tarvin was great, so close to Cheshire Oaks shopping complex, the Zoo, and the town center of Chester.

The breakfast food was delicious and the second room we were given had good value. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early for a wedding nearby. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. The manager was friendly and explained late entry procedures. Helpful staff provided great tips for local walks.
